Seen IT? Police Seek Help Finding Mail Bandits In South Jersey

Police in South Jersey are looking for a Lincoln SUV with Pennsylvania plates involved in stolen mail from a U.S. Postal facility, authorities said.

On Wednesday, Aug. 23, suspects in the SUV fled from police in a chase that was discontinued for safety reasons, Eveham police said.

The USPS drop box involved is located behind the Marlton Post Office (123 E. Main Street).

As of this date the total number of victims exceeds 30 with a total monetary loss of over $160,000, police said.

Police urge anyone who may have deposited a bill payment or check in the drop box on Aug. 23, between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. cancel the payment or check.
